By using the services offered by GD Consulting, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

GD Consulting provides software consultancy services.
The nature and scope of the services are agreed upon in separate agreements between GD Consulting and the client.
2. Payment
Payments for our services are handled according to the payment terms as agreed upon in the separate agreement between GD Consulting and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to materials and results arising from GD Consulting's services remain with GD Consulting unless otherwise agreed upon in written agreements.
4. Confidentiality
GD Consulting and the client shall not disclose each other's confidential information to third parties unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Liability
GD Consulting is not liable for any damages or losses caused by the use of our services, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement between GD Consulting and the client according to the terms agreed upon in the separate agreement.
7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
GD Consulting reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will be available on our website.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Antwerp, Belgium.
